- From the moment of detention, participation in the actual detention of persons;
- Meeting without outsiders with the client prior to the notice of suspicion;
- Preparation of requests for access to pre-trial investigation material and complaints about refusal to submit it;

- Preparation and submission of complaints to senior prosecutors;
- Preparation of complaints to judges in pre-trial investigation proceedings and participation in their consideration;
- Protection of persons during pre-trial investigation in various actions of pre-trial investigation;
- Preparation of complaints regarding the termination or refusal to conduct a pre-trial investigation;
- Preparation of requests to supplement the pre-trial investigation with additional necessary actions and documents of the pre-trial investigation after the pre-trial investigation institution has declared that the pre-trial investigation has been completed;
- Defending individuals in criminal proceedings before courts of first instance;
- Preparation of appeals against final judgements of the courts of first instance;
- Defending individuals in courts of appeal;
- Preparation of cassation appeals, participation in their consideration in the court of cassation – the Supreme Court of Lithuania.
